The 2013 season is over, and we have our winners… here is the final leaderboard with Bandit in 1st, Drew in 2nd and by a hair Joel in 3rd.

The total in the pot this year was $1180, so the winnings break out as follows:

Bandit: $742

Drew: $318

Joel: $120

I’m going to leave the data up for a week so everyone can take a look and audit it… if no one says anything in the next week, I’ll make payments to our three winners via paypal.

Starting “next” year, it looks like the PGA Tour is going to start in the fall… so if we want to do the pool again, we’re going to have to get picks in the next couple of weeks.  I for one am done with the Accountant role.  I’ve been doing it for over 10 years, and I just don’t have the time to screw with this anymore.  So, if someone wants to pick up that mantle, I can help you get set up and whatnot.  If no one wants to take the torch, I guess we’re done.

Kelly is fully exempt through this season, but he didn’t play in either of the last two tournaments, thus raising a flag on a guy with a 3-for-10 slate and no top 60s. Sure enough, the Kitsap Sun interviewed the 34-year-old, who added that the ACL isn’t 100 percent either. “It’s kind of like the hip,” said Kelly, who had surgery on his left hip in 2010. “It went from being kinda OK to not good in a hurry. … What I’m really having a hard time with is just walking the golf course. It’s like dragging my right leg around again and I told myself I wasn’t going to hurt walking again.” He hasn’t ruled out surgery, but it’s not planned just yet.

Hey gang… here’s a much long awaited for update.  Again, I’m sorry I haven’t been getting this stuff done this spring, but it’s been insane.  My wife and I are in the process of moving to Oklahoma City for her job, and my work has kept me out of town a lot, so I just haven’t had a chance to sit down and get to this stuff.  I have the update that is current through this week, and it’s below.  I can tell you now that I probably won’t be able to do an update the next couple of weeks because I’m going to be out of town, but after that it should be fairly regularly updated.

I’m out of town for the next couple of weeks, so I handed off the Updating duties to Shades… if he can get to it, he will.

We have a new leader… Da Bandit has over-taken Joel by the slimmest of margins… and Jay is nipping at both of their heals.   Looks like we could have a nail-biter season that depends in large part on some trades.
